Upon check-in you must advise the Front Desk of the number of pets (as well as adults and kids). Cell phone number required on file in the event of noise concerns. Your pet should not be left unattended in the room, as you are responsible for any damage or disturbance they cause.
Remember, they are in a strange place with strange noises and can become easily frightened. They may do damage to themselves or the room. They may bark or wail incessantly here even if they never do so at home. Management reserves the right to limit the size/number/type of pet.
Sorry: male cats that have not been neutered are not welcome at the hotel!

We now offer two options, at no extra charge, for our guests who bring their cats and dogs to our hotel:
In-Room Service
Our in-room service is available to guests who plan to:
- Eat in our restaurant.
- Shop in our gift shop and/or Mini Mart.
- Swimming in one of our pools.
- Go to one of the Falls attractions or the Casino or Shopping
You may call or come down to the Front Desk and register your pet with us for the duration of any of the above listed activities. The Front Desk must be notified of the following:
- What kind of pet it is.
- The name of the pet.
- Where in the hotel the guest will be or How to reach guest if they are going to be off Hotel Property so that we may reach them if the pet is in distress.
- The duration the guest will approximately spend at the stated location.
Example: Mr. Jones in room 182 will be at the outdoor pool from 2:00pm until approximately 3:30pm leaving Fluffy the dog alone in his room.
Guests must register their pets with us before they leave the room and let us know if they will be arriving back a little later or returned earlier than scheduled. Our staff will regularly listen outside your room for any sounds of distress to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. In order to increase the pet’s feeling of safety and security and to limit damage to room, we recommend that all pets be placed in their carrier of kennel when left in the guest room.
Kennel Service
Our hotel now offers pet supervision for dog owners who would like to leave their dog with us for the day. Your pet will be attended by hotel staff who will ensure the well-being of all pets frequently.
If the Front Desk was not notified of a guest's unattended pet, the pet will be extracted from the room and put in a kennel and the guest will be charged a $50 (plus tax) fee.
