Minimum check-in age is 21. Check-In time is anytime after 4PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children under 12 will stay free in the same room as their parents, however, charges for additional bedding may apply.

Early Manager's Special: 20% - 35% Off Regular room rate
- 20% to 35% off regular rate on selected dates.
- When making your online hotel reservations, simply select "Early Manager's Special" in the Room rates page.
- The Best Western Early Manager's Special must be booked at least 21 days in advance of your stay and the entire stay must be prepaid with a credit card at the time of the online reservation. By confirming your online hotel reservation you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be immediately charged to your credit card. Changes cannot be made to Early Manager's Special bookings. In the event of cancellation or shortened duration of stay, full or partial refunds are not available.

You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers cheques upon departure.
If you book the
Early Manager's Special
your credit card will be charged immediately.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
- 72 hours prior to arrival date for the periods April 2nd - October 31st, and December 30th - 31st.
- 4pm day of arrival for the period Nov 1st- December 29th & January 2 - April 1st. Cancellations must be made online. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
- NOTE: If you have booked the "Early Manager's Special" your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of your reservation and if you cancel or change the number of nights, no refund will be given.
Multiple Reservations
Reserving Multiple Rooms: Please indicate in the "comments" section if you are reserving multiple rooms; i.e. 1 of 2 rooms, 2 of 2 rooms. This will avoid rooms being cancelled in error and increase the possibility of adjacent rooms.
Reserving Multiple Packages: You can only reserve one package at a time. To reserve multiple packages please go to packages page and reserve again.
Currency Conversions
All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars. The exchange information listed here is a guide only. As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange. Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.
Extra Guests
The rates quoted by our system are based upon your selections chosen for the number of Adults & Children. Any extra persons up and beyond your stated quantities will be subject to charges and the availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed by Niagara Central Reservations or this property. Each extra person will be charged $12 per night
Rollway Cribs and Beds
There is an additional cost of $10 per night for each Rollway Bed. There are Baby Cribs available
Parking
A Parking Fee of $10 Canadian per night plus applicable taxes applies. There is a limit of one (1) vehicle per registered room.
Large vehicles or trailer in tow that occupy more than one space will incur additional charges. You must inform clerk at check-in of any large vehicle or trailer in tow. Extra vehicles may be registered to your room based on availability determined by management, and will incur a fee of $25 Canadian per night per vehicle plus applicable taxes.
